Vienna is easy to reach by most international airlines. You may want to look for cheap flights to Bratislava airport which is 60km from Vienna and connected by bus.

When you arrive in Vienna airport you can either take the CAT train (05 and 35 min after the hour) or the bus to Schwedenplatz (20 and 50 min after the hour). Local taxis from the airport are rather expensive. We recommend the taxi company C&T, which is located next to the exit (at a standard price of EUR 29). You can also make a transfer order via Internet.
